This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User") and Staging Pro, LLC ("Company") for the use of the mobile application "Staging Pro" ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

 

1. License
Staging Pro, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement.

2. Subscription Services
The App offers auto-renewing subscriptions. These subscriptions grant access to premium features and content.
Title of Subscription: "Staging Pro Monthly" and "Staging Pro Annual"
Length of Subscription: "Staging Pro Monthly" is 1 month. "Staging Pro Annual" is 1 year.
Price: The price is displayed at the time of purchase in your local currency.
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID account settings.
3. Billing
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the time of purchase confirmation. The subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to the subscription until the end of the current billing cycle, but you will not be refunded for the current period.

5. Privacy Policy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the App, including all content, software, and trademarks, are owned by Staging Pro, LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.

7. Termination
This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and destroy any copies.

8. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. Staging Pro, LLC does not guarantee that the App will meet your requirements or that the operation of the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Staging Pro, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the App.

10. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Minnesota, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to the Agreement
Staging Pro, LLC reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App following any changes will constitute your acceptance of the new terms.
